In iTOOLS we are very proud that The Local Employment Forum in Odder have awarded us for being "The most Inclusive and Diverse Workplace" of the year in Odder County
The prize was awarded at a reception at iTOOLS on March 19th.
Linda Ann Wienand, who is the chair of The Local Employment Forum said:
"Employees and management together create a good workplace, also for those at the fringes of the labour market. Therefore, there was no doubts in our minds that iTOOLS should be the recipient of this year's award"
It is the Job Centre in Odder, which have put iTOOLS forward for the award - in their recommendation it says
"iTOOLS is an important company in Odder County, because they show other companies as well as the citizens of Odder that you have a place in the workplace, even with a reduced capacity for work. It is this kind of company we really need in Odder County now that we need to get more citizens with challenges to join the general labour market."
The award included a cheque for 15.000kr which in the words of CEO Ulrik Bruhn will be spent on "Time" - Time with and for each other as colleagues.
